Our unique Sealed Trade System is designed to address key issues in Ragnarok by regulating the trade of valuable in-game items, thereby balancing game progression and reducing the impact of Real Money Trading. This system requires the use of an in-game item known as the Seal Stamp for the transfer or trade of certain high-value items.
Items Involved in the Sealed Trade System While a majority of items in Ragnarok remain freely tradeable, the Sealed Trade system primarily affects high-value items such as Items whose refine level is higher or equal to +8 and other valuable loots in-game is included as well.
To identify if an item is part of the Sealed Trade system, players should look for a 'sealed enabled' condition in the item description and the amount of required seal is available as well.
The Sealed Trade system also includes certain miscellaneous items, such as Heros' Stone, Certain Tickets, Costumes, Achievement Potion, and Auras.
How to Trade Sealed Items Trading sealed items is similar to regular trading, with an added notification alerting the players that the item in the trade window is a sealed item. If an item is not part of the Sealed Trade system, this notification will not appear.
Additionally, players will be informed of the number of Seal Stamps required to finalize the trade. Either the buyer or the seller, or both, can provide the necessary Seal Stamps. Non-Sealed items can be included in the trade without requiring additional Seal Stamps.
In cases where both an Item and a Card are part of the Sealed Trade system, players need to account for the total number of required Seal Stamps to complete the trade. The Seal Stamps are consumed upon a successful trade or item transfer.
Acquiring Seal Stamps Seal Stamps can be obtained from all MVPs and selected Mini-Bosses. They are also available as rewards from In-Game Events, or they can be purchased directly from the Donate Manager NPC. This robust system ensures that all players have access to these critical components of the Sealed Trade system.
